Wish List Wednesday

I haven't made a wish list in a good chunk of time! I guess that is probably because for most the summer I have had a good amount of money since all I did was work. However, as fall and school approaches I find myself more and more broke. I will just be a good little girl and hope my family is feeling generous enough to help me look fall fabulous for back to school!  Here are a few things I have discovered that would make me very happy to be the owner of.

1. These shoes are adorable flats! They are on sale on Urbanoutfitters.com. I love that they have a little heel so they can class up an outfit. Great for casual or fancy wear.
2. This floral teal beauty is also from Urbanoutfitters.com and also on sale! Nice for adding a hint of color and just flat out nice!
3. Yes, this top is also on sale on UO. Clearly I have been scoping out their sale section. It is a great casual Tee and perfect for voting season in November. Hey, get political, why not?! This top would be cute with skinny jeans and a blazer or sweater with it.
4. Just because it is fall doesn't mean you have to stop showing some leg. Match this fun skirt with a sweater or light cardigan. I am really into this light pink color lately too. I found this at forever21.com.
5. I have been dying for a mustard cardigan for years..please come to me! Forever21.com is where this is from meaning it is pretty decently priced.
6. I have been in the mood for sad debbie downer movies lately. Granted this is also a comedy I know what happens in it (sorry for any spoiler). I love this movie and recently noticed it is not in my collection yet.
7. A yoga mat has made an appearance on my wish list before, but sadly I still don't have one. I want to start whipping my butt into shape to feel better and distract me. I feel like if I get a mat then I will have no excuse to not being doing yoga. Bare with my lame excuse to not be exercising.

What I've been wearing: Classy&Feirce

I feel like I have been doing quit a few fashion posts lately. So why am I doing another? Well to be fully honest I have been a busy girl! The one thing I seem to have a little time for is what I am going to wear for the day. Finals are coming up for me and there are all kinds of things happening. Any who..here are TWO outfits I have worn from my little shopping trip!

I felt so chic and classy in this outfit. Almost like I stepped out of the 50's or 60's. My top is 100% organic cotton and was only $9.99 from H&M! It was breezy and comfortable yet so stylish. This outfit also made me feel like it was all about the little things, the accessories complemented the look wonderfully.

Both these pieces were an impulse buy! I had been eyeballing both of them at target, but wasn't willing to pay full price. The other day I was just checking on new clearance and there they were! This outfit was under $20! Talk about a bargain!I felt like a feisty rock star in this. Both pieces go together fabulously, but they are also great to mix and match into my wardrobe.

Another spring trend! Here is another outfit I put together from my new clothes. Chiffon and color blocking are the trends I worked in this outfit.

I love the coral color of this skirt. It is the best pop of color. This has also become one of my new favorite shirts. Chiffon is perfect for spring. Its light and can come in so many colors, styles, and patterns. I am loving spring!

What I've been Wearing

Spring is in full bloom! And so is my spring trend outfits. I have been loving a lot of the spring trends this year. I have been wearing floral prints, bright colors, colored shorts, cowboy boots, and some chiffon (my new love!). Here are a few looks I put together. More too come later too!

There is just something about cowboy boots that make me think of nice spring weather! I love this pair with all the fringe on it, they add a little fun and a twist to my outfit. Floral prints are always big for spring. I like this dress a lot because the darker tones make it a year round dress. It is also light and flowy, making it great to just throw on or make fashionable.

Bright colored pants and shorts are huge this spring. I wasn't to into it until I saw this mint shorts. I love the color! My crop top, also a big trend lately, used to not need a tank under it until I washed it and it shrunk. Boo. I am really into my coral nail polish too. It wasn't even a dull dark winter, but bright colors just put me in a great mood

What I have been Wearing

It is getting more and more like spring!! I can't wait to be able to show a little leg or not always have a cardigan or sweatshirt on. But since it is still a little chilly here are some outfits I have put together to keep me warm but give me a spring feel.

 A shirt similar to this was on Pretty Little Liars and my post Wish List Wednesday. I loved that shirt and then I happened to just stumble upon it while shopping! So happy! I also wore it with my pleather leggins and it looked very chic. This top is definitely a new favorite.

This has become my lazy casual winter outfit. It keeps me covered and adds color but is still comfortable and easy to throw on. I can mix and match my Ts and tanks too.

Weekly Outfit

I bought a pair of leather (pleather hehe) leggings and have been doing some fashion experimenting. At first I was a little nervous to commit to just wearing them as pants, but now I have no fear! Here is my new favorite outfit I put together.

All the pieces I wore are my new favorite things to fashion play with! I have wanted a shirt with this style for a long time, I was very excited to find it when Mark and I went to MOA. This outfit ended up being a very sheik and classic. I can't wait for an occasion where I can rock it with some sexy heels!
