Beach season is right around the corner. Now is the time to start getting all your beach needs together and ready to soak up that sunshine. I have put together a list of those must haves for your day at the beach.
1. Obviously you must have a beach bag! You want something fairly big and roomy. This bag is from Target and is perfect for adding a little style and cuteness to your beach bag.
2. A smaller make-up type bag is also important. You can keep your jewelry, your headphones, or any other little things you don't want to dig to the bottom of your bigger bag for.
3. Water is definitely something you will need when spending all day in the sun. Staying hydrated is healthy and will allow you to keep enjoying your day.
4. Sun screen is a total Duh! Having fun is great but staying safe and healthy is even better. My favorite kind of sun screen is the spray kind. It makes lathering up quicker and easier.
5. Sunglasses are a simple way to add some fashion to your beach day. Also it makes those beach games way easier by blocking those rays.
6. How are you going to go to the beach without a towel? You aren't. I prefer to relax on a towel than a beach mat. There are now beach towels big enough for two! Perfect for fitting your friends and the party.
7. Going somewhere after the beach? Or just worried about your hair after being in the water and sun all day? Pack up some beach hair products, two of these are to help your damaged hair and to style it. Dry shampoo is also great to spray in after your hair is dry. Keep looking cute with that beach head.
8. Keeping your skin clean is also something to keep in mind. Some wet wipes or hydrating wipes are a must to be in your bag.
9. Like I said, going somewhere after the beach make sure you have something easy and fashionable to toss on. A jumper is your shorts and top in one, what is easier than that?
10. I always like to have a pair of cheer shoes with me. Just in case you are going to do more walking or adventure where flip flops just won't cut it.
11. And finally you are going to bee a swimsuit!
Hope this helps with creating your beach bag! Now get out there and enjoy the water!

Colorado Bound
Awww! Finally my long week of watching my younger cousins is over! Also my wisdom teeth, or lack there of, have healed up nicely and I can now eat anything and drink from a straw. Oh the simple things in life. I was so overwhelmed and stressed I did some financing and booked a flight for two weeks out to good ol' Colorado. I deserve a vacation. I will be there over my birthday, making it nice to be able to celebrate with my mom. I thought I would share some of my favorite things to do in Colorado and what I plan on doing for my trip!
I love Boulder, CO! The environment and spirit there is so much fun! Between the street shopping and the parks, there is so much to do there. I have only been to the Tea house once, but it was incredibly beautiful. Their own chi tea was so tasty. It really is a tea lovers dream place. Also in Boulder is pearl street. A great place for even better shopping. There are big name shops and little boutiques all down the road. The restaurants on Pearl street are wide variety. No way no one could find at least one place to eat at. You can spend a whole day there and never get bored.
I clearly love shopping. The flatiron mall has a special place in my heart. My mom and step dad used to live right across the street so walking to it was a breeze. Once they moved it was the first place I was able to drive to on my own. It is a huge mall! There is a massive Forever21 there, so I am in love! The 16th street mall is in Denver. It is kind of like Pearl street but much busier with more mainstream shopping. Still a fun place to explore..oh and there is also a Forever21 there. Also both places have a Vicroria's Secret, and the semi-annual sale starts the 12th!!
I have never been to the Ren Fest so I can't really say anything about it. But hopefully my fam and I will be going on my birthday!
Since my foster brother is foster to adopt I plan on bonding with me all I can. So far it seems to be a pretty good chance of my mom and step dad adopting him. I always love getting to spend some time with my mom. And my friend Devin!! I plan on spending some good time with her! Check her blog out, dare to be remarkable.
If you are ever out in Colorado, plan to visit, or live there here are the sites to some of the places I mentioned! Highly recommended to be checked out!

No more Yellow Polk-A-Dot Bikini
It may feel like spring has just started and summer swim time is in the distant future, but its never to early to start scooping out new swim trends.
Bikini-
There are so many new fun ways to rock the bikini these days. There are cold colors, patterns, cuts, and styles. The high waster bikini is always nice for a tad of a vintage look..or to cover that tummy pooch you didn't have time to work off. I love the striped sailor looking suit. Since bikinis are so revealing its always nice to add a bit of flirty fun to them. All these suits are from Target.
One Piece-
Who says one pieces can't be sexy? I am more of a bikini kind of girl myself, but these are some smokin' suits! The first one is animal print, which is obviously a trendy print. The trick of that suit is the deep plunge makes it appear like you have a long torso, perfect for all you shorter gals. I am not huge on the middle suit, but side cut outs are another trend and add a little sexy to the one piece. The last one is my favorite! It is so cute and flirty! These are all also from Target.
Vintage-
Vintage style suits are making a come back, and I love it tons! The vintage style makes me want to wear two pieces! Meeoow! I think a tan would go great with the middle suit. The bottom one had a matching top, but i think a plain black top cut like the sailor suit would be adorable with those bottoms. The print and high waste are just to die for. All these suits are from Modcloth
I rarely buy a new suit every year, but this year the suits coming out are just too cute to pass up. What style do you plan to invest in this summer?

Gift Wrapping Tips
Wrapping presents is one of my favorite parts of the holidays! It is so fun to go through all the new prints of papers and boxes each year. I used to pick out cute little bows, but now Cow Kitty has decided to make those her toys and they never stay on the gifts long. I do have one big problem with present wrapping though..Mark is a gift guesser! No matter what I get him (even if it wasn't on his list) he can guess what it is just by looking at it. So I have a few tips to disguise your presents from your own gift guesser.
TIPS
*Boxes, boxes, and more boxes! That is the best way to disguise most of your presents. You can always put something small into a bigger box. It works well to hide a cd or dvd in, since those two things have a very defined shape and size. You can use tissue paper to stuff the box and keep the items from rolling around.
*It can be hard to hide a big gift. You don't want to have to wrap an already big gift in a bigger box, so just wrap it with another gift. Use some of your more odd shaped gifts to make your big gift look even more odd shaped. This way you are disguising two in one.
*For gifts that make a lot of noise when your guesser shakes it you can be a little bad and open the gift and stuff in. If you put a bunch of tissue paper in a gift it wont roll around or make a give away peep. You can also do the opposite effect! Put some rocks or marbles in a box with your gift.
*Weight is often another give away to what a gift might be. You can't really make a heavy gift lighter, but you can make a light gift weigh more. Add a few small weights onto your gift then wrap it. Or wrap a light gift with a heavy one.
So there are a few tips to help you all out! Let me know if these work for you guys!
Can you guess what any of these presents are?! I just finished all of my actual Christmas shopping today! I still need to get my gift for the gift exchange game, but at least I already know what I want for it. Hope everyone else is having great luck getting all the presents for all their loved ones!
